Journal of Iranian Architectural Studies the academic and scientific Journal of the School of Architecture and Art, University of Kashan, publishes articles in the field of theoretical studies of architecture, urbanism, archeology, conservation and restoration and related areas such as philosophy, sociology, psychology, and history. The journal aims to introduce novel researches and achievements in history and theory of Persian architecture, pre-Islamic and Islamic periods. 

Journal of Iranian Architectural Studies follows a double blind peer-review policy, and the submitted articles will be published after more than two rounds of reviewing and editorial approval. Being innovative and original, as well as using up-to-date references in scientific subjects and authentic sources and documents in local subjects are required for the submitted articles.

This Journal is indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation (ISC) and also follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

Journal of Iranian Architectural Studies is open access and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Journal of Iranian Architectural Studies uses Samim Noor for checking similarity and plagiarism for Persian manuscripts.
