In this regard cultural regeneration as the basis of theoretical discussion is considered. In this approach, culture is known as the main urban asset. The city of Qazvin with its worth historical context, potential for cultural attractions and tourist desirability, has the possibility of urban cultural development. Qazvin historical center while enjoying valuable historic buildings have been suffering from exhaustion due to inconsiderate actions of some local authorities and the ongoing process of decay. Thus, conservation and development as the most important aspects of urban regeneration should be considered in this city. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and is analysis the problem by reviewing the literature from one hand and the urban documents of Qazvin in regarded to the statement of problem form the other hand. The results of the study show that the main approach to solve the problem of historic center is to develop some plans which emphasis on both urban tourism and regeneration. In this respect, conservation and urban development as two complementary factors applied with the agent of cultural tourism, thus the development and conservation do not conflict with each other. The cultural tourism could be regarded as an effective tool for regeneration of historical textures. In a detailed study, some strategies for regeneration of historical texture of Qazvin based on the renewal of cultural events and historical buildings are presented. در این مقاله، تلاش شده است تا با بهره‌گیری از اصول گردشگری شهری، راهکارهایی برای بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی کشور که به عنوان سرمایه‌های ارزشمند امروزه در مرکز توجه نهادهای شهری واقع شده‌اند، ارائه گردد. در این باره، از بازآفرینی فرهنگی به عنوان رویکردی اساسی تحقیق استفاده شده است. در این رویکرد، فرهنگ به عنوان یکی از سرمایه‌های اصلی شهر شناخته می‌شود. شهر تاریخی قزوین با برخورداری از بافتی تاریخی و واجد ارزش مرمت، حفاظت و نگهداری و با دارا بودن پتانسیل‌های بسیار مناسب تاریخی و جاذبه‌های گردشگری، امکانات توسعه فراوانی دارد؛ با این حال، در اثر برخی سهل‌انگاری‌ها و اقدامات بی‌ملاحظه و نیز عدم توجه به روند فرسودگی، علی‌رغم وجود طرح‌های متعدد، مشکلات بافت در سال‌های اخیر افزایش یافته است و نیاز به احیای فعالانه بافت را ضروری نشان می‌دهد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و تحلیلی است و با اتکا به مرور پیشینه تحقیق از سویی، بررسی اسناد مربوط به بافت تاریخی قزوین و مطالعات میدانی از سوی دیگر، به تحلیل مسئله می‌پردازد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که راهکار برون‌رفت از مشکلات و احیای بافت‌های تاریخی ارزشمند در گرو اجرای برنامه‌هایی است که بر راهبردها و سیاست‌های تعاملی بین بازآفرینی فرهنگی و گردشگری فرهنگی شهری استوار است. رویکرد گردشگری فرهنگی نیز مانند بازآفرینی به نوبه خود از ابزار مؤثر در احیای بافت‌های تاریخی محسوب می‌شود. بالفعل‌سازی پتانسیل‌های بالقوه گردشگری و هویت تاریخی در رابطه‌ای مستقیم با یکدیگر، حیات واقعی و مدنی شهری را تضمین می‌کند. جهت تدقیق موضوع، کاربست راهبردهای پیشنهادی در طراحی بافت تاریخی قزوین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است تا زمینه تحول و معاصرسازی یکی از بافت‌های ارزشمند میراث فرهنگی کشور فراهم گردد. https://jias.kashanu.ac.ir/article_111704_666df59aa832d0885d605cc89317200e.pdf
